The Mini MBA is a short, condensed certificate option for professionals designed to provide foundational knowledge, skills and key insights into business management within the Offshore Wind and other related industries.
The requirements are a minimum of 3 years work experience within the industry and/or a Further Education degree.
Key Features and benefits of the Mini MBA:
Compact Structure: A shorter duration compared to our full MBA. You will participate in four modules during a 12-month period and finalize the program with a written assignment.
Focused Curriculum: The four modules cover core business topics such as strategy, leadership, and operations – all within the context of the Renewable Energy industry.
Innovative learning format: Each module consists of 2 x 2-days of physical workshops during an 8-10-week period. The modules are highly interactive and anchored in a real-life case from a company within the industry. The classes are small with a maximum of 15 participants mostly working in groups.
Skill enhancement: You will strengthen your managerial, strategic, and leadership skills though real-world applications of business principles. We focus on skills that make you more effective in your role.
Test the waters for the full MBA: This can serve as a way to explore if the full Offshore Wind Energy MBA program is the right path for you.
Details and Practicalities:
Sign up for 4 consecutive modules over a 12 months period followed by a written assignment.
You can sign up and start with any given module (see ‘Calendar’ https://owemba.com/information) but you will have to take the next three modules in succession.
The written assignment is a 20-page document to be handed in 3 months after the last module.
You will receive a Mini MBA certificate after the completion of the modules and the written assignment.
Each module will take place at Hochschule Bremerhaven, Germany or Business Academy Southwest in Esbjerg, Denmark.
Price for the Mini MBA is 8.900€ (breakfast and lunch included).
